We then help you compare these quotes side by side, like for like. Our proprietary algorithm rates each quote and makes a recommendation based on your specific needs. You are, however, still free to choose the option you prefer. 

Once you accept a quote, you are immediately covered and you become part of the Ctrl family where we, and your insurer, are on standby with any assistance you might need further down the line. We stay with you every step of the way. This is one of the ways we put you in control. 

Advice & Assistance

There is also the important aspect of advice. Although we offer the convenience of a digital solution which has an advice element built into it, you still have the option to speak to a qualified, experienced insurance advisor (a real human). This is where we combine the best of human and tech. No sales calls, paperwork or insurance mumbo-jumbo. Just options and good advice. 

You also have instant access to help in case of an emergency. The emergency button enables you to call the right people when you need to. Whether it be home or roadside assistance, legal advice or ‘take me home’ (depending on your policy). This is crucial for peace of mind.

Trust is a biggie for us. Transparency offers peace of mind and allows you to trust us. The My Cover screen in the app is a convenient summary of all your assets and premiums, so you can see exactly what’s covered and how much you pay. We highlight the fineprint and steer away from insurance jargon so you have full insight into your cover with no nasty surprises waiting in the wings.
